For thick plastic coatings
This process is used for metal coatings by dipping a preheated metal piece in a fluidized bed of a specially designed thermoplastic powder. The powder melts onto the surface of the metal and forms a uniform plastic layer. Typical application examples are battery trays, fire extinguishers, lamp posts, pipes, gutter brackets, fences, street furnitures, etc.
